I used to really enjoy this app I've had it for a couple of years. The reason why I kept it was for the live events. Those were awesome! I loved the live connection you could get with the host/trainer. They had events for exercises and meditations. And those moments really pulled me through. I had 3 pregnancies and only this last one,we were blessed to bring this little one into our lives. The mediations are good, but lately I've been having a hard time finding one I like. I might not renewing.

I really like the more focused meditations vs other apps that are overly general, but I really wish there were a way to download meditations for offline use! Also it has been a confusing process to actually set up a paid subscription. I went with a month to month plan and am just hoping they fix the download issue soon before I have to switch back to an annual plan.

I love this app. It's been helping me stay grounded through my (very challenging) pregnancy. I like that there are different time frames [5, 10, 20 minutes] to choose from. There's a new meditation for each week of the pregnancy. Doing these meditations definitely helps me feel closer to my baby. I just wish the live events could be accessed afterwards for different times zones, but that's not a huge deal for me.
