Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. Well, more specifically very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The app is going away, so if you are looking for both web and an app based solution, this is not something to take time to set up. The pricing, although says free, is misleading. To use any of the features the cost starts over $20 per user per month, per service. Example, "Sales" is one service, "Projects" is one service. For a small business trying to grow, the pricing is unattainable.

Does not work with self hosted enterprise version. It just says the connection is not secure and keeps asking for the login. FYI, I do have a valid SSL certificate installed and works fine on the web browsers and yes it's also accessable over the internet... Just not using this app. I'm also running the latest version as of this writing of Odoo 17.

Odoo works on iOS devices. But why it doesn't work on android devices, especially creating invoices except Mi brands.🙂 I use Samsung, but I can't create invoices. I can't type customer names. It doesn't show any name that I added to Odoo.😤
