They only reason I moved to OP was for Zapier Integration. For now, my zaps work. The app is very lacking. The phone dialer sucks. In 2024, you should be able to start typing a name on the number pad and have contacts appear and filter as you type. You know, like a phone? Messages and phone calls are blended. Terrible. There are NO widgets for Android like direct dial or direct text 1x1s. This needs to be implemented. Sometimes calls don't connect. Service is flaky.

I don't review many apps...but my God, this app is so buggy it's almost hilarious. Full factory reset on a Pixel phone with a fresh install of openphone and there are bugs right off the bat. UPDATE: it's over a year later and almost none of the issues are fixed (new phone, multiple factory resets).... If my company didn't require openphone I would've left a long time ago. It's clear their coders don't understand how to make a functional app.

This app is NOT good. Searching for a conversation via name? Nope. Dedicated call / text buttons? Nope... So when I have 35 phone calls and messages on top of say, a text from "Dennis", I guess I'm supposed to scroll to find it? Really big oversight on their part. These issues could AT LEAST be an option that users could toggle on/off.
