Good to know:
- You need an internet connection in order to access the application
- The internet traffic is charged according to your tariff plan
- The traffic within the application is free for the phone number on which you have activated the Orange Cloud service
- While in roaming, the internet traffic will be charged according to the rates in the country you are visiting or according to the roaming option you have activated

1. It is annoying you can select for backup only files, not folders as well. If I have my photos organized in folders in my phone this is exactly how I want them to show up in the backup. It may not seem very important but after years of backup without this option, it's going to be a mess in the cloud. 2. Another very annoying thing is that if by mistake you select some files 2 times for backup, they go in the cloud 2 times, the system does not recognize duplicates, which again creates a mess.

Good intensions, but poor functionality...This app logs off without notice, obliging you to log in each time. It's a pity, as it was thought to have many interesting and useful features, that would make of Orange Cloud a very friendly and useful app., one of the best, a top choice, but...

Overall good. Needs improvement in search function and picture viewing from outside the app. It limits the number of folders you can upload and the size of the files to 4GB. Besides the above mentioned issues, the unlimited storage plan offers great value for the price.
