I would have gave it 5 stars because the services are great but since they changed the 9 lei subscription from 10gb to 1 gb ... they are basically forcing you to pay 19 for the next subscription, some people want to jump from subscription to subscription depending on their needs , if you travel you want to get the 19 one if you stay home and don't do much you get the 9 lei one but now 9 lei for 1gb ? what is that ? I used to like yoxo ...

app not working, gray screen, issue not resolved with yoxo assistance for over 2 weeks

You don't know when it works for you and when something doesn't work for you. Sometimes ppl are telling me that I cannot be contacted, or the caller receives a signal as if the one he calls has the phone turned off. I didn't had this issues when I was on prepay. They keep saying to contact them on yoxo app support, which is the worst I ever seen in my life. Is hard to eat that you will be contacted within 48h, and you are not. A stupid chat. We want real support!
