The My Orange application is dedicated to Orange customers and customers of fixed and fixed-mobile services of OROC (Orange Romania Communications).

It works... most of the time. Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app!

doesn't work when needed, LIKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY, only one close to home, when there is NO USE! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY! U dont need to rebuy it "TO GET THE BENEFITS" like it says, auto-activates itself!! WHICH MEANS : you get Overcharged! and despite being overcharged i wasn't even able to use it. if it can't work in a country, REMOVE the country from your list you says it works!!

The consultants are from another planet or trained to seem that way. The app is a slow mess that looks like it was made 20 years ago. Overall, it's the slowest and most poorly designed app in my phone. Orange is desperate for money. Otherwise, if you have no idea about technology at all, the AI ​​keeps you on the phone until the end of the program. What A bad joke....
