About this app

The My Orange application is dedicated to Orange customers and OROC (Orange Romania Communications) fixed and fixed-mobile customers.

All the details you need regarding consumption, bill, subscriptions and extra options are now in a single mobile application.

The My Orange application allows you to:
• view the available benefits and options in your account
• manage your active services in your account
• modify your subscription or options
• find out the PUK code, activate services for your mobile voice SIM card (e.g. roaming, international calls, voicemail)
• view and pay your bill, plus your bill history
• pay a friend's bill
• activate the electronic bill
• confirm and postpone bill payment
• quickly top up an Orange PrePay number and schedule automatic monthly top-ups
• check how many Thank You points you have accumulated and their value online
• quickly get in touch with us

What you need to know:
• to use the application you need an internet connection via the mobile network or Wi-Fi
• the application does not provide information about Corporate subscriptions
• you can allow the application to collect network data in order to improve the performance of the Orange network and use your location to find the nearest Orange store. The data collected will be processed anonymously.

Ratings and reviews

It works... most of the time. Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app!

Slow, laggy, unreliable. I don't think it can get any worse. most people use it for a single thing: recharging your phone or paying your invoice and this app can't even do that reliably, what a mess

Update 2: The app is good but the coverage in our area is often out and the app cannot be accessed to use Chat to contact Orange about the outage. Update1: Areas for the factura and factara details haven't worked for a while now but I think they changed it so it only applies to customers with Abonament, not PrePay. Good app, doesn't crash. No problems paying online with Raiffeisen or BT but CEC bank doesn't work (I think it is the bank, not Orange).
