The My Orange application is dedicated to Orange customers and customers of fixed and fixed-mobile services of OROC (Orange Romania Communications).

All the details you need related to consumption, bill, subscriptions and extra options are now in one mobile application.

The My Orange app allows you to:
• view the available benefits and options available in your account
• manage your active services in your account
• modify your subscription or options
• find out the PUK code, activate services for your mobile voice SIM card (ex: roaming, international calls, voicemail)
• view and pay your bill, plus your bill history
• pay a friend's bill
• activate the electronic invoice
• to confirm and postpone the payment of the invoice
• top up an Orange PrePay number quickly and schedule automatic monthly top ups
• check how many Thank You points you have accumulated and their value online
• get in touch with us quickly

What you need to know:
• to use the application you need an internet connection through the mobile network or Wi-Fi
• the application does not provide information about Corporate subscriptions
• you can allow the application to collect network data in order to improve the performance of the Orange network and to use your location to find the nearest Orange store. The collected data will be processed anonymously.

Ratings and reviews

It works... most of the time. Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app!

Scam. The ux is way too overcomplicated. Current available minutes, sms or internet is always showing 0. i get no notifications when my plan is ending, i get constant sms spam about new offers... 3+ times a week. This is a horrible sim card app experience. lei to eur conversion is static 1€=5.7lei its supposed to be 5.08lei - there is no automatic continuation of the active plan if you have the credit. instead the credit is used. Cant even use it to get a new plan - always asks to pay with card

User friendly, easy to find anything and to search in. Versatile app. Always updated automatically when new version found. Pinata party it is really fun beside the prizes. But not all features are working properly. When I am trying to change the invoice receiving method settings, the feature encounters errors and does not allow me to do any modifications. update 10 Nov 2025: still not solved the issue with the invoice
