App won't go beyond plan type. I selected the plan type I have and I don't get any other options. Very frustrating, especially since I cannot access it through the website either. It takes me to a screen that shows : InTouch Medicaid Access. I don't even have Medicaid. Not sure what that is about. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but it didn't help.

I definitely had some problems at first while figuring things out, but after a while of playing with the app, I do not have too many issues. My main complaint is that there is no way to switch between policies on the app, and I have to go through the website to do so.

In the moments where you need your ID card, the app takes an insane amount of time and just doesn't load the card. POS app, would rather have a physical ID card.
