The app UI is fine, but when I tried to change my order from pick-up to delivery, I didn't receive my order. I don't know if it's a tech issue and it stayed as a pick-up order, but what I do know is that my food is over an hour late, I am now requesting for a refund, and now I am terribly hungry. I also tried calling but it seems that I havent gotten a response after ten minutes of sending an email, and also leaving a message for the manager. Therefore, I will not be doing business with starbird

Your checklist for salad topping options are missing the word "No"; was surprised to receive a salad with just the chicken on it. (Staff was very cooperative, they get five stars.) Also, this order showed up twice in the app's order history despite this being my first time ordering through the app. No second charge on my card, at this time. Separately, the in-app pop-up asking for feedback tried to have me write you an email instead of directing me here; feels dated and sneaky...

Good for regular ordering, but sometimes it won't let me redeem the rewards I've earned. Can't upload an emailed receipt (which is the only receipt option available if you order from a kiosk in-store. Says the app doesn't have access to my gallery, but the only access I can toggle is to my camera. Not happy to find barriers to the rewards program. (Isn't that the whole point of being an app user?)
