I had issues with app as it would not process my card from Samsung S22, due to some issues with the app. However, app did charge me day pass 6eur, but I was refunded few days later after contacting the support. Very helpful and to the point customer service via email. I wish they fix the issue with payment on certain phones as I would love to use ryde in future.

I find the slogan "download & get 30€ free" to be misleading. I have never had a company "verify my cc" by actually taking money, usually they book & release and 1-2€ max. The slogan should have been "load 5€, ride for 35€". Otherwise it is fine. I had issues with app charging me money although it still showed that i had credit left, contacted the customer support and got a fast response and money back. Misleading credit isn't a good start for such a small market with so many competitors.

During parking, app complained that parking is only allowed inside the operational area, although I was inside the area. I realized that inside the operational area, there are specific parking areas, which only exist in certain parts of the city, so I had to drive all the way back to where I came from and take a bus home. Never going to use this service again.
