AVOID!!! Great concept if the app actually works. There seems to be an issue with time tracking on the daily passes. It told me I had 45 min left so I rode for longer. When I finished my ride I was charged for an extra hour even though the app wasn't tracking properly. Good luck trying to get a hold of their customer service and when they finally respond they just don't know what they are talking about and give you the same redundant inaccuracte response. I will never use this app again.

Terrible. Just so basic. We had to switch bikes as mine was broken. Then got double charged for using a replacement bicycle. These bikes are scattered all over town except our destination. We tried to look up the appropriate drop off locations but the app wasn't helpful. The only option was the help page...which wasn't helpful. The point of my review is Lime has terrible communication when needed

If a road runs through a park it will restrict your speed to dangerous levels because they have the speed zone going across the road too. Now you can't see the speed and no park zones on the map until you have an active rental so you can't plan your trip in advance. They brought out all these new models that don't show you speed so we (hopefully) wouldn't notice that their top speed is slower than the olay ones so they can charge us more because we're charged by the minute.
