The worst experience!! They have the worst customer service I have experienced. I had lots of issues with my reservation, they changed the dates and payment plan without my consent. This generated a lot of issues with the landlord regarding my payment plan, and they weren't helpful at all. They don't even try to understand your case nor analize further, every interaction is a nightmare. And don't have a phone to call. Wouldn't use this again, and don't recommend anyone to use it.

The customer service is responsive and quick. They exploit housing crisis in big EU cities to offer a quick and smooth rental process at the expenses of overpriced rents. The rental prices are very high, and in my case, the apartment was the worst I have ever stayed!

I was scammed by a landlord on Spotahome. The property was falsely advertised at a low rate, but upon arrival, the landlord demanded unexpected additional charges. He forced me to sign documents in a foreign language, with no prior notice or explanation. Despite providing Spotahome with all the proof, they took no action, leaving me trapped and vulnerable in a foreign country. Spotahome completely failed to verify the landlord’s practices, the documents/bonds or protect tenants from fraud.
