Delhi Metro Rail app provides the customers of metro services with lot of useful information that helps in using the Metro Services. Following are the different sections in the app and the information available in them.

Plan Your Journey- Selecting the starting and destination stations will display the route map based on Shortest Route or Min. Interchange. Simply SWIPE UP on the route map screen to see the Fare, Platform, Approximate Travel time, Stations in between along with change over station.

Station Info – Selecting a station will give you various useful information about the station like First and Last train timings, Platforms, Gates and directions, contact numbers, Tourist spots near that station, parking, feeder services etc.

Nearest metro station – This section will show you the nearest metro stations from your current GPS location. Please note the distance is the straight line distance between Lat/Lon.

Other sections i.e. Tour guide, Metro Museum, Lost and found and Other info will give various other useful information to the user.

App is highly disappointing. Although it has a feature to cancel tickets, don't expect to get your money back. there's no refund provided after cancellation, which feels misleading. To make things worse, there's no option to reach out to customer care for any refund assistance, so you're left with no support if anything goes wrong. The app and services need a lot of improvement, especially with customer support and handling of refunds. Avoid relying on this app until these issues are addressed.

Dear user, Once a request to cancel the Ticket there is a lead time to receive confirmation of whether the Ticket has been utilized or not, but post the confirmation the amount will be refunded. Also the top left button on the App, it shows your name, and when you click there it shows a menu, Scroll down the Menu, and Contact Us is available.

Plz don't download this app. Nor put large balance in it. Very poor service. Every single trip I had to take the customer care assistant help to either enter or exit the gates. No proper help from the metro staff. Very bad service from DMRC.

I am using the Multiple QR feature and it's giving very bad experience, the QR do not load quickly, can't use the QR when the balance is below ₹30, and in slow internet it does not load. Can't take screenshot of the QR, then what's the use of this when the internet is not available in that area?? Please improve this feature.
