Update: Latest update works well. The past issues are gone. Using the app was a nice, reliable, convenient experience since the recent version update. Old: Order doesn't recognize our allow to select saved delivery address. The form to enter the delivery address reversed all text entered and doesn't process it back so the app for example interpreted it as a location over 4,000 miles away. Was not able to start an order

Was a solid app until a couple months ago, now it ask for new version when ordering and even an uninstall/reinstall didn't work. Ditto for the web side ordering process. I'd hate to think of how many lost sales / abandoned carts there has been. The latest version of the app has many improvements and seems to be functioning well. There are still some gaps, like using a gift card and some variances with online menus between app and web site.

Easy to order, keep track of points... Need an option for customizing order notes. Update, some problem, place the order on the app, ie Malnati salad, then call in and ask for toppings on the side, which is what they suggest doing, and they forget to note on the order. So over an option to customize order. 5/2024 new and improved with way more options when ordering. Nice.
