Too new of a platform and not well tested before putting out to public. Very limited categories to list items in and upon entering my second item it was flagged as having wrong category and yet it's the same category as my first item which is also some steel. Customer support is slow as way too long to fix this issue. Think there are better platforms out there like etsy and eBay and let tiktok shop figure it out first

I just started my own business making customized press on nails. I was getting a lot of sales on Facebook Marketplace and Etsy, but it's been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive an order. I keep getting told I need to make videos to use as ads, etc. Without the right equipment I can't. Plus, I'm not big on being on camera at all. The app is a bit difficult to learn too. Might just stick with Etsy honestly

I've been trying ever since March to find out why my product which is active is not showing up in the list to be purchased. I have had multiple contacts with the help center and they just continue to ask me for the same information. Therefore, the only way anyone can purchase anything from me is if they actually see one of my videos and click on my shop. They can't search my item and purchase it from the shop center.
