Not a great app. Unable to track progress or calories burnt as the app is not compatible with my phone or my fitbit. The customer service was good though as I had a reply very quickly but it didn't solve my problem. The layout of the app is poor and it is difficult to find specific workouts. It is a shame because it has potential to be so much better. Once my subscription expires I will not be renewing.

Cant cancel my subscription. I have sent an email to tru connect to get an email from Margaret providing me instructions on how to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately I have tried yo follow these and my phone dies not have these options, subscriptions not found in settings or Google play store. I loved using the app during lockdown but now have a gym membership. Please could you help and cancel my subscription before I change my mind about the app. Slso I never used it on my phone only my TV.

The FAQ section on the website states "You can enjoy viewing your content on iOS, Android, PC and Mac device via popular web browsers, such as Chrome and Safari." I would REALLY like to use it via Chrome, or via my TV using an Amazon Firestick, but cannot seem to find a way to do so. Trying to use my phone is not ideal as I can barely see the workouts on the screen. Is there a way to access it via e.g. my laptop? Ability to do so will have a positive impact on the review as well as making it more likely that I'll keep up the subscription as it's quite pricey for what I really need.
