Absolutely great app, and I've tried several. Amazing support for nutrition and workouts for all different needs. Always developing with more content and challenges, which keeps me motivated. The music, steps, and goals make it fun, as does Rick's personality. You become distracted from the effort and time you put in. I'm so glad I found this and took the leap from YouTube. Thanks to the whole team. Would highly recommend.

This app is so easy to use. I love it! the workouts are laid out in a very straightforward way. It is easy to find what you need. You can create your own playlists, note your favourites and choose whatever you want to do easily. There is a lot of information about eeight loss and fitness, all explained in a very clear and consice way. This is an app you don't want to miss. It's a platform you will love with all levels of fitness and all joint friendly.

I've been following Rick's workouts since lockdown, joining his membership a year ago. I love doing his workouts, they're varied, fun and doable. I'm so happy that Rick has now done the App, it's made it even easier to do the workouts, keep a note of favourites, look up the nutritional info and recipes, and generally keep in touch with the Vibe Tribe.
