Ratings and reviews

Too few surveys and low amounts for the few actual ones. Wants you to get to 9000 trait score but only sends trait surveys sparingly about every other day and they do little to increase your score. It's a time waste compared to going someplace else. For reference, I'm in the US. If international is worse, thanks for mentioning it so they can make an informed decision before spending time.

This app is decent for passive income however, support is incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Their "trait" system is awesome at first, but becomes really buggy after a while and God forbid you bring that up to support. The sad thing is this was one of my favorite survey apps but it's become unusable and frustrating lately. Just use Survey Junkie or Prime Opinion for better results...But frankly every app has their own issues.

It's an Ok app. In the beginning they rope you in with lots of surveys. That way you can get to that threshold of cashing out rather quick. Then when you get to where you're able to cash out, the surveys stop coming. You'll be lucky if you get one or two daily. I have everything all demographics filled out correctly and current. That's my experience with the app.
