After registration, I can't even log in... This is either scam, or there's some big error in app... It's very simple. When I register, and want to use my credentials after I click on Login button... I'm getting back and back again on Login option... You try to log in again, and again you go back to log in page... That's why I said, either there's a bad code or a scam.

Terrible app. I've had to change my password MANY times because every time I log in I'm told 'invalid credentials'. And on days I'm actually able to get past the login page, there's nothing for me to do. So basically I've never been given the chance to use ySense for 3 or so years. The updates never reflect, and at this point you sound like scammers. Fix it soon, because I don't keep obsolete scammy apps on my device.

Android user: Constant language bug. The app and website keep forcing surveys into Afrikaans. Sign-up was fine, but now surveys switch to Afrikaans after 1 or 2 questions, or even start that way immediately. I have already set my device and Google browser settings to English (US & South Africa), but the app ignores them. Itโs impossible to complete tasks like this. Please fix this regional detection issue so the app stays in English as selected
