Works on Google Pixel 3A running Android 11. I was able to personalize multiple Visa utility cards with different profiles for testing and certification.

Many cards got removed. I Understand VISA removed ADVT from L3 certification but I can't find any replacement in this app.

Fast, stable, works as its supposed to. Well done.
