This app offers teleconsultations during international travel, allowing you to consult licensed doctors for simple issues like colds and allergies without leaving your hotel. Enjoy the convenience of having a doctor at your fingertips, avoiding unnecessary hospital visits, and receive medical care anywhere in the world via your smartphone.

You will find from purchase and travel to concierge and subscription benefits. You may generate your "Travel Certificate" and activate your "Travel Kit" to have a great travel experience. Also, you may talk to a doctor via videoconference while traveling overseas and redeem your benefits.

Ratings and reviews

I registered myself. Once registered it sent me back to the login page of the App, but it doesn't make sense to send it back again to the website to login and send me back to the App once I logged in. The web crashed a couple of times btw.

worst process to file a claim. the chat bot says you must call if you are lucky when calling its no help they refer to email a help desk which doesn't response. im going back to mastercard and regular travelling insurance

This mobile app supports Visa cards from 40 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Cards issued by U.S. or European banks are not supported at this time. We regularly update the app to improve your experience. In this release, we’ve added a clear UHNW status indicator with Lifestyle Manager contact guidance, and we now capture the user’s country along with language to enhance the login experience.
