This app offers teleconsultations during international travel, allowing you to consult licensed doctors for simple issues like colds and allergies without leaving your hotel. Enjoy the convenience of having a doctor at your fingertips, avoiding unnecessary hospital visits, and receive medical care anywhere in the world via your smartphone.

You will find from purchase and travel to concierge and subscription benefits. You may generate your "Travel Certificate" and activate your "Travel Kit" to have a great travel experience. Also, you may talk to a doctor via videoconference while traveling overseas and redeem your benefits.

Can't login. Sent an email to support one week ago and didn't get any answer.

Works perfect on the desktop site ,but on the mobile app I couldn't complete registration. The app keeps showing an error at the end of registration. Not working 😒

My bank's customer service is not aware of AXA services, I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours to reach the correct line/company. Also, I wasn't able to change my password on my own, which was a hassle.

We regularly update the app to improve your experience. In this release, we’ve upgraded the Expo SDK and strengthened security measures for enhanced performance and protection.
