Ratings and reviews

This app times out when actively working in it which makes uploading receipts to close out expenses to take double the time. When coding, it will often drop it when saving requiring it to be entered again. When saving the transaction, it has to be done 2 times because after typing in the reason/explanation box, you can't tap out of it. Clean this up and it's great.

Spend Clarity may be fine once you access, but their login process is impossible and wastes hours of our time trying over & over to get in. Their IT/Website people need to work hard to resolve this. It's a huge negative and we all dread accessing it each month. Please people, add "view password" for logging in, as one little thing that could help us! Help???

I had to reformat my phone, which meant I had to log back into this app... except it wanted a two-factor authentication with the code that resets every 1 minute...except the only way to get that code WAS ON THE APP THAT I'M CURRENTLY TRYING TO LOG INTO. Do you see the problem and disconnect? It's a complete lack of thinking into extra security! I tried to log in on the website, and it wants the code as well! I tried to select forgot password hoping to get around it, and it still wants the code!
