It works OK. Sometimes appointment times are either a little early or late but haven't had an issue so far. They should add on option to upload 1 image (for people who are uploading passport) and are not uploading both sides of an emirates ID.

If there is less that a star, i would give, it is horrible, they simply didn't show for the appointment, and knowing that you are in a hurry to get the results for the travel, this is definitely not the reliable source that you want to use, there is no call center, only life chat where no one can really help you or give you solid answer.

Useful app, I did the appointments of my PCR many times and it was very convenient and easy. The only thing is that I don't prefer the App to save my credit card details.
