Can't even log in, the log in fields simply don't allow you to enter text, and if I get to the security code part it won't allow me to enter the security code it emails. I'm stuck in a nightmare loop where the website won't accept any of my payment methods (despite doing si earlier, and after I cleared a fraud alert from my US credit card) and the app itself is completely worthless. Besides that, the website appears to offer no way to contact them, all contact options loop back to help articles.

I used this app to traveland it was good, but initially it was buggy. It would not show me my ticket info to access the QR codes for my trips. It was temperamental often blacking out. When I had to enter a confirmation code for verification navigating to email to get the code would close the page where you are supposed to enter it. I had to open my laptop to be able to do it. Customer service chat from SNCF via Whatsapp is very good. After the original issues it worked fine once in France.

Update: 3 years using the app it has MUCH IMPROVED! My main complaint now is that the direction of the train is NOT indicated when you select your seat (why not?!?!?); i often end up moving backwards which gets me dizzy. Other than that, navigation inside the app is not always straightforward but it does ultimately work pretty well. (That's not to say the trains themselves are up to par, much alas). We've redesigned the way we inform you about train disruptions within the app. By using better visible colors and with more messages when a train is delayed or cancelled, you'll have easier acces to the information you need to adjust your travel plans.
