Hell of an expensive app, although the infrastructure is improving but it is still not upto the level that they can ask for 499 for a subscription and then charge you per session on top of that. This just cannot be justified. Robbery in daylight. I advise people to stay away from this app, don't create your dependency upon it because they will peal your skin once they know you can't live without them.

Started with ₹150 per month minimum subscription and it has now increased to 399 for 50 units. They keep increasing it every month or two. Last month the same subscription was 299 and the month before it was 249. If you don't subsribe they charge a platform fee of ₹13. Basically with all the extra charges you pay for almost a unit extra. They are just trying to extract as much as they can. The 50 unit min. subscription is useless for regular 2W owners. How many would charge 15 times a month?

1. App is extremely slow. Even when I have excellent internet connection. 2. The app requires you to manually input current charge when starting a charging session. Except when I start the charging session, it resets to 0. I have to cancel the session, and repeat the process untill it works.
