Ratings and reviews

This is one of the quickest and easiest apps and online ordering software I have ever used. I think the entire process took me about a minute from start to finish to complete. Very easy and a no stress way of ordering. Definitely the way to go. Also, nobody is asking every 10 second's if I need help. There is a number provided should you need assistance.

It has a lot of bugs but I don't remember any specific ones as I very rarely use the app as it doesn't have a dark mode. Although it's been around for a decade so I suppose it's a deliberate choice.

1 star for the app, not the store. Thomann is a great store and I've always had great service from them, but the app is absolutely awful! It's extremely buggy and constantly freezes or takes an age to do anything after clicking on a product. I tried buying some goods yesterday and the app glitched out after I'd paid and didn't return to the shopping cart. So now I'm in a position where the money has been taken from my account but the order was never completed so I have no money and no goods.
