Ratings and reviews

Absolutely no issues with the iCard as a whole. It works great, just as it should. The Visa card (physical) has been accepted in every country I've been to thus far (EU, USA, Asia). I must admit that the verification process wasn't easy, but once you get it done, it's spot on. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

A poor attempt to copy Revolut or Wise, but Bulgarian-style. Deposit fees are hidden in support. I deposited 2 euros, 1 was taken as a fee, and to withdraw the other 1, I have to pay more. They blocked my account asking for extra documents, including a hand-written statement explaining where every euro came from. And I’m a resident who already provided all documents! On top of that, they plan to charge for the blocked funds. So, 2 euros in, 1 credited, and more fees to withdraw. Scammers

The verification process is what makes this app useless. I have wasted so much time to upload and reupload documents. That was still not enough because the resident document was issued longer than their expected 3 months. Sorry, but I have no other documents showing my address other than my purchase invoices which are not accepted. I am not sharing my pay checks with you just to verify my address. This morning I registered and got verified by Revolut much faster and without address proof!
