This app is absolutely trash it won't save my new card or process payments it's the worst parking app I've ever used in my life. FIX IT. After reviewing my bank activity the app charged me 8 times while every time in the app it was saying the payment wasn't processed. What a joke of a parking app, just as scammy as Detroit parking tickets are to begin with.

I set up my account and made a reservation. Now I need to cancel the reservation, but the app wont let me. Even though it clearly states that cancellation is allowed up until the day of the event. It even shows a place to cancel, but it doesnt seem to work. I contacted them by email and on the phone. And they just say it is not possible to cancel. They say its againts their policy. But it clearly says different on the app.

I cannot tell you how much this is a terrible update/upgrade. Next to impossible to determine the "closest" meter is and no notification of your time running out. This app just cost me $45 ticket. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the previous version. Terrible decision. I notice there is no response to the lack of notification. The point of the app is to remind you to pay the meter. based on reviews below others are experiencing the same thing. There is no way this should have made it past some level of quality control.
