Im so utterly disappointed: On my old phone I had the original laoshi app installed.. What I loved most about it was that it was simple uncomplicated & would break down each word for me into into its radicals. Now, it is this horribly complicated site with some mess about lists & when I look up the word, it just only tells me the basic definition -- and no longer provides the breakdown of the radicals inside the characters and word. I miss the old version. Can I please please have that old one!!

Rating 5 stars based on the superb customer support provided by the developer. This app provides useful information that isn't available in the other language apps I am using, and the developer is actively working to implement all of the enhancements I have suggested. Recommend a subscription for anyone who is undecided about this application. The developer is very responsive.

Great app! Play - learn style, efficient for learning writing and reading. Attracts attention very easily! Just needs few adjustments for traditional Chinese, but already worth to buy subscription.
