iO is a new product from BCP. It is a Visa Credit Card with ZERO membership costs, no conditions. You can manage and request your physical card along with everything it offers you from your cell phone wherever you are.

How does it work?
1. Create your account in the app to find out if you can purchase the card.
2. Validate your identity with biometric analysis of your face and verify your ID in the same app.
3. Once the registration process is finished, you will have your iO Virtual Card ready.

Después de más de 3 meses usando la tarjeta, hasta el momento no he presentado ningún incoveniente grave, excepto un pago, que fue solucionado; cumplen con el Cashback, con los beneficios. Siento que seria mejor iniciar sesión con un PIN de 6 dígitos o con huella digital. Los beneficios mes a mes van bajando, no va por buen camino, espero que mejoren. Si bien la interfaz puede mejorar, me parece que leen el feedback de clientes. En conclusión cumplen con lo que ofrecido, pero pueden mejorar más

Hasta ahora no solucionan mi problema de autentificacion en mi nuevo celular y no puedo ingresar a la app por lo que no puedo comprar por Internet ni ver mis movimientos ni pagar la tarjeta. Ya van más de 10 días desde que envié correo y nada
