I need to use this app primarily when I run out of mobile data and need to buy additional GBs on the Tele2 market. However, that is the exact thing, which is completely impossible with this semi-bloatware app - it just wouldn't be available without the internet. What's the point then? The most frustrating and dumb thing is that the Tele2 website and personal cabinet on it works as magic. Whereas the app does not work at all.

I wish there was an option for changing the language to English, it's cumbersome to be using the screen translation app all the time, other than that, pretty solid app with a bunch of options, too many sometimes 😅

*except when it doesn't, for no apparent reason, and all you are stuck with is "please try again later", in the time we've used this mobile service provider, they jacked up the price close to double the original, removed part of the features of the plan as the plan changed 3 or 4 times on its own, with extra paid options added at random, with what feels like almost legal threats being presented on the main page, with suggested resolution steps being inactionable, many pages feeling like poorly ripped web versions of the same things, and many aspects getting slowly obscured further and further buy ads for more paid extras, better plans, or "relatable" content and fancy graphics both of which frankly fit quite poorly in an app that's supposed to be the place to see your balance and manage your extra services
