The only app that frequently crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S9 (running Android Pie and all updates). Even in the background. And it will always crash on start. Really bad. Been like this for months now, since an app update. I don't think they know how to fix it... Same issue remains after several months, and no feedback on my error reports. 👎👎

Annoying that the native back button doesn't work, instead you have to use their own which is at the top of the screen.

All in all a decent app, but the latest version is extremely slow to load. And it seems to default to loading all content, every time... Ideally it would load the tickets once, and then keep them cached, so that I could get to them quickly when I get to the ushers. Now I need to wait for all other content (trailers etc) to load, before I can go to the ticket section (and wait for the tickets to load...).
