The app won't let you use it if your phone doesn't pass Google's "Play Integrity" checks. So if you have a custom ROM on your device (LineageOS, GrapheneOS, etc), you simply won't be able to use the app at all ("This device runs unsigned or rooted software version and isn't supported by Finom"). Other than that, the app was decent before they implemented this check.

Now impossible to create an invoice, the app just hangs when I click save and continue. So now I'm forced to update my account and receive a new IBAN, creating me loads of admin headaches as I have to make sure all of my clients update the IBAN. It's going to cause delays and take loads of time.

Awful bank that is not responsible for the services it is providing. There are many bugs in the app. The transactions in Germany are not being processed within 1 business day, as required by Bafin. The integration with Datev is poor, as it can not automatically send invoices to it. This bank is a nightmare.

Hi Bogdan, thanks for the review. We can see that the delay is due to the fact that additional info was requested by our partner bank and we have only received the completed response today by the Legal Rep. We have since forwarded this to our partner bank so it should be open very soon pending review. Normally accounts are opened within 48 hrs.
