The worst customer service I experienced in my life. I bought tickets (10037863), but made a misprint in the second name. I contacted the support via WhatsApp and sent the request to correct the name in the form on their site. They charged me 50 USD for correction. I paid. But after 19 days I still don't have updated tickets. I ping them almost every day, but only "please wait" in the response. Do not recommend this service.

My recent trip to Istanbul wouldn't have been as smooth sailing without City.Travel , Most importantly, everything ran like clockwork. Flights departed and arrived on time, and our hotel reservation was flawless. No unexpected hiccups or delays – just a well-coordinated travel experience that allowed us to focus on enjoying Istanbul's magic

As per many reviews here and from my own experience, I can say: it is not possible to cancel your order and get the money back. They email you saying the cancellation request will be processed, then all communication stops altogether. They don't answer via email or messengers. I suggest contacting your bank for a chargeback (my bank is currently looking into it). This app should be banned, as it is clearly a fraud service.
