Worked Ok two days ago, shortly after installing. Now, on the login page, after entering correct credentials or using autofill, it simply refreshes the page, clearing the fields, and makes you start again. You can do this ad infinitum! No error messages or problems displayed. Currently not worth the trouble if you're relying on it. Should be a good facility but the basics aren't working, I'm afraid. No login = no app. Going in via web pages, same credentials obviously, works just fine.

Hi Clive, Thank you for letting us know. We think we’ve found a solution to the login issue you've been having. Using autofill for your username and password can cause this issue, so entering your login details manually should fix the problem. i haven't used this for a couple of months, and app worked perfectly fine before. now when I try to log in, message says I'm logged in but unable to access modules. so now I can't do any work! keeps looping round to a page which offers no link to view any saved modules, all I can see is my personal details! please sort this out. It's put me off paying for a course if this App is the standard to go by!

Hi Kas, we're sorry you've been experiencing issues logging in recently. We had some technical glitches & implemented a fix for this. If you could try accessing this again that'd be great.
