It generally works. It also occasionally resets the volume to either a mid point or higher then resets back to the lower level you had set it to, or the defined max. It doesn't natively work, and the reset level is higher than the defined max, so this app became unusable. You get several features to select, one is media. I installed this to create a hard cap on the highest level the volume can go when working so it can't unintentionally set the volume high with just a button push.

It does it's job for the most part. I wanted to download an app that I could use to limit my volume as I have a habit of putting everything on full blast. I really liked that this app allowed me to do that without having to have it open or anything like that. However, I recently noticed that for some reason with the range setting, if I put my volume all the way down it automatically brings it to the max volume allowed after a few seconds. This is extremely annoying. Please fix. Deleted.

Google doesn't understand that a lot of people still have radios that require you to make a physical audio cable connection. They've gone back to lowering your volume to below audible levels unless you are using a headset, yet they insist on being a nagging mother telling you that "high volumes can be harmful to your hearing" They need to allow bypass of this mothering feature! So far, your app makes Android audio a functioning service! Thanks!
