App and hearing aids are not great. Half the time I cannot connect. No matter what the audioligist does I cannot hear in group settings. The noise canceling cancels everything. I have severe hearing loss. When I have to take my hearing aids out in a group setting to hear, there is a problem. It's as if the aids and app make it harder to hear. The weirdest thing when using the Bluetooth one day and then stopping a new screen popped up for streaming that won't close when I'm not streaming. Bizarre

Updated 6 months later. If I was buying HEs now, I would not buy this brand. There has not been an update to this app in the entire time I've owned them. Half the time the app doesn't recognize or connect with my HEs, even though they are able to be used by every other app on my phone. I often have no control over the HEs. Except at night with it won't stop connecting and taking over audio so I have to manually disconnect. The Worst. Note the spotlighted reviews are from 2022.

It seems to always override my settings. When I use them for my phone, the volume is so low I can barely hear it. I can't turn it up anymore. Also if I video call my grandson, the Bluetooth doesn't or will not work. It's very confusing to say that least with very little support . Offers no way to see if my hearing aids are paired and I always lose the left connection. I know the hearing aid is ok, I can hear. Maybe there were recent updates that is causing issues?
