When it works, it works. Payments are sometimes paid within 3 days and have met pleasant clients and worked some interesting shifts. However, when it doesn't work, it's disastrous. Have had to chase clients for payment - please note they are NOT an agency meaning you are self-employed and Responsible for chasing after payments if they're late. (They're almost always late). You are given a rating after every shift which is dependent on if the client likes you or not rather than quality of work

This app is criminally bad. I don't get notifications if I get accepted or rejected for shifts, my temper ID and flex pools are not loaded when I click on them. Also, I contacted temper days ago and I haven't received an answer as of yet. If we can get fined 100 euros and ruin our rating by not showing up for shifts, the app should be able to send notifications! Also, shifts are incorrectly displayed as not paid, when in fact they are paid.

Maybe it's a good idea to have the same 'strict policy' that you have about the freelancers about the development of your mobile app. In this difficult time, I apply for 100 shifts, I get accepted just 8 hours before the shift but there is absolutely no notification on my phone. (Yes, all the notifications are allowed for this app in the settings and also in the phone's settings.) I check my phone at 10:30 and I see I missed it. 100€ is a lot of money to pay for something you're not aware of.

Hi Nima, Sorry to hear about this. We do allow late acceptations to give clients a better shot at filling shifts! Unfortunately we can not offer every notification on the phone, but we always confirm via email.
