Please fix! The updates have made connecting to bluetooth a little clunkier. But most bothersome is that the headphones are going at a different rate than the pulsators now, so they get out of sync when one of my clients is using them together. :/ argghhh!!

The custom sound option is malfunctioning since the last update. I'm forced to reset the custom sound every time I stop rather than just being able to set it once at the beginning of the session. If I don't reset it, there is no sound being played at all.

Thank you for your feedback, Janice. Weāre aware of this bug and have already fixed it in our upcoming version 3.3.0, which will be released very soon. Once the update is live, your custom sound will work as expected.

I was a beta tester for the new app, everything worked fine until just recently with the audio connectivity issues. I noticed that I can play a custom tone and it only works the first pass, then it must be manually put in each time after. I have alerted the company through the app/website. I give them a 5 star rating because the company has been very responsive to my feedback in the past and they seem very genuine as a company to the providers and their products.
