this app is very frustrating and not at all user-friendly. every 3 months I try to get my script refilled. in the app, there's nothing that says here for a prescription refill. so, a lot of texts are sent before getting to a visit. then I'm told I should have used the widget to fill out the questionnaire, but there is no "widget"! also Im supposed to get notifications when it's time for a refill, yet I never do. they make it impossible & then they yell at me for doing it wrong!

Hi Carol, we're sorry you had a frustrating time using our app and that this delayed your refill. It's not okay that you've been made to feel blamed for this and we will handle this internally. We're working to improve our app's user interface and communication. Please send us an email at reviews@khealth.com so we can look further into your case.

While pretty thorough in most areas, there seems to be no symptom in the list to choose for a slow, hard-pounding heart. If I select "pounding heart" from the search results, it translates it to palpitations, which really isn't the same thing. I've experienced both in my life many times and selecting palpitations can tamper with a potentially accurate result.

The onboarding process is absolute trash. Requesting an appointment requires that you use an "AI powered" intake form, that takes an incredibly long time to fill out, and removes a number of choices and options that are clinically important. I've used many telehealth apps, and this is the worst one. It was also the worst telehealth experience I've had with a doctor, who I suspect was relying on an "AI" to answer questions or had just suffered head trauma.
