the app doesn't describe what document, what city or state. just says to scan the QR code of the store. but still doesn't tell you which one? it needs more work on it in order for it to be helpful to people.

I called to cancel my application with them as I know longer needed them. I ask if I was going to be getting a refund back from my account being that iy had put around $50 to $60 on the account approximately 2-3 days ago and I was told that, we do not do refunds here. Sounds like a con to me. What do I do???

One of the worst apps I've encountered. Sent numerous emails to try to solve problems and their answers indicate they didn't even read them. Finally gave up and they pretty much have a monopoly. They are horrible.
