Welcome to the Vench application, your partner for accessing real estate opportunities in France.

Vench was born from an alliance of multiple press players, dedicated to referencing real estate auctions in France, in collaboration with experts in the sector.

Thanks to our partners, we cover 98% of legal auction sales in France. No need to go to the courts or consult legal notices: everything is centralized in one place.

CHECK AUCTION RESULTS
We publish the majority of sales results, allowing you to follow the market and consider a higher bid within 10 days of the auction, thus maximizing your chances of acquiring a property.

ACCESS SALES DOCUMENTS
When working with the lawyers in charge of sales, we make available to subscribers and non-subscribers all documents related to the sale. You will find there the Descriptive Minutes, the Conditions of Sale, as well as all the other important documents to fully understand the conditions of the auction.

FEATURES AND ALERTS SYSTEM
Benefit from several tools such as viewing scheduling, personalized alerts to keep you informed of upcoming sales, and an advanced search engine (web version) that allows you to access auctions, including those in other departments as well as sales.
