Ratings and reviews

The app is so damn glitchy and buggy it's actually unusable. The last few times I've gone to use the app it hasn't worked. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. I never used to have any issues with the app but now I can't even access any part of the app.

Terrible. If you have an apple you can easily add your digital NIB card, but Android doesn't give you the option. Unacceptable.

Purchased a policy and installed nib health insurance app yesterday, but I can't log in. Every time I enter my login details it send me back to previous screen and ask me for the same thing over and over again. When I finally get into it after login once, it says "Something went wrong, trying in 10 seconds", and nothing happens. It took me back to login page again. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it in hope to resolve the issue. But it's the same without any benefit. Please check.
