App is difficult. I may be doing something wrong, I don't know, but the frustration first thing is harsh. I struggle to use the app, more than once, I have to sign in every time, do the entire order. doesn't save my previous order, can't set favorite. it's just a lot to do first thing.

Great except that it constantly shows some items as sold out even though they are not. For example I've never been able to order a scone because they show sold out every single day (and I am ordering at 8am)

Love the coffee but the app is buggy. I've placed several curbside orders without order updates and ended up having to go inside to get my order. Baristas always say they never got notifications.
