With the free “one” App, you have perfect control over your cards – it’s easy, secure and convenient.

Requirements:
To use “one” App and the related services of Viseca Payment Services SA, you must own a credit card, prepaid card or business card from Viseca Payment Services SA. You must also have a “one” user account (register at https://one.viseca.ch) and accept the Conditions for the use of “one”.

Activation and login:
To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at https://one.viseca.ch and will be sent to you by post.

Security:
“one” App gives you the very highest level of security. Nevertheless, it is still essential that you use your smartphone with care, take appropriate security measures and carefully check the confirmation requests you receive through “one” App. Your due care and reporting responsibilities are specified in the Conditions for the use of “one”. Ratings and reviews

After changing cellphones to a Pixel 6, I don't seem to be able to login anymore. Every time I try to log-in I get an error message saying "A technical error has occurred. Please try again later". I know my password is fine because I'm able to log-in in their webpage, and in their webpage they're not providing any way of contacting them digitally (just phones) -- which is annoying.

App confirmation works 1 out of 5 times. The notification doesn't show. No way to force a confirmation from the app. No way to re ask confirmation. Private and business card on the same app, no thanks. Using it with a shared business card is a nightmare. The only thing working is the transaction history. Edit 2024: it's worst. It almost never works. Always crash and notifications doesn't work.

impossible to order a new Visa card for free (mine is expired and the ATM do not accept NFC smartphones). No support at all. impossible to send money to another country out of the Europe. the double authentication to pay your bill is still sending me for each bill a SMS and I have to pay 1 Euro each to receive their SMS (that nobody use anymore!)
