I really don't have the complaints that everyone else is having. set up was perfectly fine. I'm not worried about skipping tracks and my kids have literally never mentioned wanting to do so. honestly it feels kind of old school in that way, like my old read along cassette player. it would be nice to see the charge level of the device but the box gives you plenty of notice. I wasn't interested in the creative tonies but now that I've figured it out it's pretty fun to scroll through the freebies

it's a great product, but in the app it's hard to learn all the gestures and how to use it. The app is more based towards selling you more Tonies instead of how to control your Toniebox. I don't know how many times I had to go to YouTube to figure out how to do something. once you get the hang of it it's fine, but the app could really use some work to be more user friendly

UPDATE 3: got the replacement. If you have a mesh Wi-Fi system and you are not technical, you are going to struggle to set this up. UPDATE 2: they shipped the replacement via Amazon 2-day delivery. pro move! UPDATE they sent me a free one to replace the defective one but it would be nice if they tested these better. toniebox 2 took two weeks to ship and then error coded out on setup. The support site has no information on the particular error . no phone support to call. very frustrated.
