Well, I'll visit a branch, but next time they want an app for verification, rather than limit with a very inefficient process, they should provide verification via facecall or also via scanned document instead of realtime only, since the error was unknown. Failry poor user experience, as I have to manually type in the code to the web app. Previously with SMS and automatic code recognition the code was automatically copied into the clipboard and could be synchronised with the PC and pasted directly into the browser. Other apps allow to accept directly. In addition, every so often the code is wrong and I need to restart the login process to receive a new code
