Great when everything works but it seems like a rarity. I currently have a roll of 'developed' photos stuck in the photo lab. Every time you try and save them it goes 'something went wrong'. Going to try and save them with my computer. Have also had issues where the camera stops counting down shots but still acts like it is taking them meaning moments are lost. The shot counter LCD breaking doesn't help. Can't recommend in it's current state which is a shame because I want to love it.

absolutely love this camera, lost mine a year ago and have rebought one with the release of the V2! unfortunately having some real trouble where after waiting the 24 hours, I click view and it slowly starts to show the photos. about a minute per photo so I have to keep the app open for half an hour and then it crashes on about the 25th photo and I have to start again. Why is it so slow?? the photos have already been uploaded from the camera so I'm a bit perplexed. As soon as this is fixed 5⭐

Love the camera, hate the app. Impossible to actually download my pictures. Please fix it, you have enough bad reviews to put some effort into it. So happy with the pictures, so sad I can't actually recommend people to buy the camera because they won't be able to make the most of it
