I want to preface this with that I entirely understand that this is a brand new app and I love the idea. But while I do love and support this idea, and will be keeping the app installed to check for updates, I would love to be able to get past entering my phone number. I enter my number to receive a code that never comes even after a fresh install

can't sign up for an account, I put my phone number in to verify and requested the code 4 times... nothing ever came. as a full time driver who is looking to switch platforms completely it is discouraging to know the sign up for a rider account is impossible.

just downloaded the app and got a notice saying the app will not be functional beginning April 30th 2025? then when I tried to schedule a ride to the airport in two days there was nothing on the app to allow me to do that. I googled how to do it and the directions I got told me to select "where to vote" on the app and proceed from there. The where to vote link does not exist on the app. wow.
