Saved money through this. It's not a hundred percent perfect. The app did try to get me into an auto payment, but since I need it on a temporary basis, I did something so that I only had to subscribe for a month. Which is still worth it. I mean it's value for money 5/5. But, very few drivers have their phone number public. So what happens is, they don't see your request. You get rides only through the ones who you can call directly. Also why no verification for non-IT people? What about self emp

I had subsribed to sRide Prime. Got 0 rides. Since I was not getting any rides I wanted to cancel the subscription. To my suprise they don't have an option to cancel the subscription. So I tried cancelling UPI Auto Payments but even that isnt possible due to some razorpay error. Now it just keeps auto debitting from my UPI account every month even when I'm not using the app. The only option to contact them is via email. AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. FRAUD APP. FRAUD COMPANY.

I already emailed you on this one. but there was no response yet, it was escalation issue. I had not opted for auto-renewal, yet the amount was debited from my account. I had already emailed it, before the deduction took place, but unfortunately, I received no response. But, the amount was debited from my account without my authorization. If this is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will escalate this to the Cyber. Even the customer-number available is not available. that was ridiculous
