I have tried to set up a my Travelodge to manage my booking, but it continues to say that the email address doesn't match, but it does! Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still the same. I tried to contact someone but after no success, I contacted the hotel I am booked in. I am still waiting after a couple of weeks, so not a good start.

Never had a problem booking before using this app. It is NOT the simplest of apps to use and it's easy to add a room and suddenly you've doubled up your booking. At least you can remove the extra room booked at checkout. HOWEVER, I then came to pay for the reservation. Goody, either GPay or secure payment page. That's where it all fell over. Wouldn't go through GPay just looped from basket to pay to basket to pay ad infinitum. Restarting booking to use secure page just resulted in busy circle.

Awful.. booking a room is frustrating enough at the best of times, but trying to do it through the app is just one of those internal scream moments with the occasional 'Oh, for.......sake' thrown in the mix, but this goes beyond that. Apparently, I can't even manage to match up my own details to even create one! unbelievable
